The all year H-2B visa Foreign Worker Program - Summary
The H-2B visa Program gives US companies the opportunity to employ foreign staff for on a temporary basis. The maximum length of time for which an employee can be invited under this visa is 1 year, though it can be extended for a period of up to 3 years. H-2B visa employees usually come for periods of 5 - 10 months and can be invited back in the following years. As opposed to the J-1 visa program the H-2B visa workers can arrive during any time of the year whenever your business has a genuine temporary staffing need (i.e. not just in the summer time). Student Adventure and our contracted immigration attorneys assist with the process to make it as easy as possible.
